Steve Ritter has been a hairstylist for over 30 years. Having an acute eye for detail and being an expert in making people beautiful, Steve started professionally capturing that beauty in 1992. Combining his talents as a hairstylist, make-up artist and photographer, Steve started his professional photography career off doing complete 'Glamour Photos'.

In 1993, after numerous requests, Steve added taking Senior Class portraits and Family portraits to his palette. Capturing beauty in and out of the confines of his Owensboro studio.

In 1994, following a little arm twisting, Steve began photographing weddings and in Steve's own words, "I found my nitch".

From that point Steve learned every thing possible to make a wedding everything that a couple could want.

"Consistency is something that my clients can count on and trust, knowing that on the 'big day', I'll be there with a smile on."

No matter what kind of photo session it is - wedding, engagement, fashion, seniors, family or otherwise - Steve has the ability to capture the clients personality.

During weddings, I try to capture dynamic images that depict all the emotions of the day, from the excited bride and the nervous groom, to the proud parents and mischievious kids.

Steve's images speak for themselves, capturing a moment that tells the entire story.

in 2003, seeing the quality and advantages of digital photography, Steve made the commitment to an all digital studio.
